Who we are

This website, lop-i.com, is operated by LOPI (“we”). This policy applies to the website and to inquiries sent through it. Any project we carry out for you is governed by a separate agreement.

What we collect

Through the contact form: your name, email address and phone number (required), plus your business name, the topic of your inquiry and your message, if you choose to add them. We also record whether you chose to receive updates from us.
When you contact us by email or WhatsApp: the details and the message you choose to send.
Technical information: as on any website, the server and the site’s security tools automatically record technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of access.
Preferences stored on your device: the language you browse in, your cookie choice and any accessibility options you’ve selected.
Analytics data: only if you accepted analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects usage data such as the pages viewed, the length of the visit, the type of device and the region you browsed from.

The site does not use advertising cookies.

How we use it

To handle your inquiry and get back to you and, if you’d like, to prepare a proposal.
To send you, right after you submit the form, an automatic email confirming that your inquiry was received.
To send you updates and marketing content, only if you have explicitly agreed to it.
To run the website, keep it secure and fix problems.
To understand how the site is used and improve it, only if you accepted analytics cookies.

We don’t sell your information or share it for anyone else’s marketing purposes.

Do you have to provide your details?

You’re not legally required to provide your details. Without your name, email address and phone number, however, we won’t be able to handle your inquiry.

Before submitting the form, you’ll be asked to confirm that you’ve read this policy. Agreeing to receive updates is separate and optional: you can contact us without ticking that box.

Marketing messages

We’ll send you updates, professional content and offers only if you have explicitly agreed to it, for example by ticking the relevant box in the contact form. Messages may be sent by email, text message (SMS) or WhatsApp, depending on the details you gave us.

You can withdraw your consent at any time. Every message will include a simple way to unsubscribe, and you can also write to us at contact@lop-i.com. Once you unsubscribe, we won’t send you further messages.

Who receives your information

We share information only as far as needed, with the following:

Service providers that run the website and our email for us (hosting, email, security). They receive the information only in order to provide the service.
Google, which provides the site’s typeface (Google Fonts). When a page loads, your browser connects to Google’s servers, and Google receives your IP address.
Google, which provides the Google Analytics measurement tool, only if you accepted analytics cookies.
WhatsApp (Meta), only if you choose to contact us on WhatsApp. From that point on, WhatsApp’s terms apply.
A competent authority, if we are required to do so by law.

Some of these providers operate outside Israel.

Information security

The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and is protected by dedicated security tools, and access to the information is restricted. Even so, no system is completely immune, and we can’t guarantee absolute protection.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry details, in the website’s system and in our mailbox, for as long as they’re needed to handle the inquiry and any communication that follows. Details given for marketing messages are kept until you ask to unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Analytics data is kept by Google according to the settings of the service.

Your rights

You have the right to review the information we hold about you, and to ask us to correct or delete it. To do so, email us at contact@lop-i.com.

If you believe your privacy has been violated, you can also contact Israel’s Privacy Protection Authority.

Minors

The website and our services are intended for businesses and adults. We don’t knowingly collect information about minors.

Cookies

The site stores on your device only what it needs to run, and analytics cookies only if you accepted them. For details, see our cookie policy.

Updates and language

If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.

This policy is published in Hebrew and English. In the event of a discrepancy, the Hebrew version prevails.
