AI systems and product development

AI agents, automations and prototypes for new products. We start with a real business problem, test on your own data and scale only what works.

AI agents and automation

AI that becomes part of the workflow, not another unused tool

We find the places where your team loses time to repetitive work and build tools that actually get used. Checkpoints, permissions and approvals can be set according to the process and the level of risk, and when needed, the system runs in your own environment.

Who it’s for

Organizations that want to reduce manual work, respond to customers faster or get their information in order.

What’s included

  • Readiness assessment: A map of your processes, systems and data, with opportunities ranked by value and risk.
  • Automations: Connected systems and workflows, built in n8n, Make or code.
  • Smart knowledge base: Answers drawn from your own documents and procedures, with a reference to the source.
  • AI agents: Multi-step tasks, with permissions and approval points defined by the process and the level of risk.
  • Deployment in your environment: When needed, models that run on your own servers or in your private cloud.
  • Controls and reliability: Answer validation, logging and testing before anything is scaled up.

POC and rapid prototyping

From an idea to a working version you can test, demo and build on

We define the problem, the goal and the capabilities the first version needs, then build a focused solution you can test and keep developing.

Who it’s for

Founders with an idea, and businesses that want to test a new direction before making a major investment.

What’s included

  • Defining the first version: Who the user is, what problem you’re solving and what the version needs to include.
  • Clear boundaries: Screens, scenarios and acceptance criteria agreed before we start building.
  • Architecture: A technology stack and data model you can keep building on.
  • Focused development: We build the main user flow, with tests and documentation.
  • A demo-ready interface: A design that lets you present the product with confidence.
  • Baseline security: Permissions, credentials and data handled appropriately for the scope of the project.

How we work

01

Assess

We map your processes and data, then pick a starting point based on value and risk.

02

Build and test

A first version running on your data, measured against success criteria agreed in advance.

03

Deploy

Permissions, monitoring and training, plus an honest call on whether to expand.

AI systems

AI systems we’ve built

AI systems we’ve built for clients and organizations across industries, from manufacturing and medicine to software development and automation.

Industry

Industrial failure prediction

A system that learns how machines behave under normal conditions and flags a fault before it brings production to a halt.

Medicine

Medical prediction

A system that estimates the likelihood of success and of progressing from one stage to the next, so decisions are grounded in data.

AI agent system

A system of AI agents that plan, build, test and secure products, with clearly defined roles and a coordinated workflow.

FAQ

No. Whether the system runs in the cloud or in your own environment is decided during the assessment, based on data sensitivity, cost and performance.

We build in safeguards: answers that cite their sources, plus validation tests. Checkpoints, permissions and approvals can be set according to the process and the level of risk, and we define up front what the system won’t do on its own.

A POC tests a single assumption: does this work? An MVP is a pared-down product built for real use. The scope is different, and we define it before we start.

Then you’ve found out early, before making a much bigger investment. You’ll get a clear explanation of what didn’t work and a recommendation for what could.

The code, documentation and repository access created for the project are handed over to you in line with the scope and the agreement. Third-party components, such as plugins and licenses, remain subject to their own terms.
